    I’ve been using zopim for several months on another website. It was super-easy to install and I’ve been really happy with the increased customer engagement. Even when we’re offline people seem to leave more messages through the Zopim box than through our standard “contact us” page.

    The back-end interface takes some getting used to, but is perfectly functional. I’m probably just scratching the surface for all the features the software has, but it’s working well for our needs.

    Recently we starting testing a proactive chat invitation and the response from customers has been great. Many times we’ll get questions that simply went unasked before… it’s scary to think about how many people over the years probably hit the back button in frustration over some simple question we were able to answer in seconds.

    We started out with the free trial and then moved up to a paid plan that allowed 2 operators.

    Overall zopim has been a great value and has paid for itself many times over both in terms of increased conversion and sales, and also in terms of improved customer service and response time.

    Hey, I am using zopim as a live chat from last 1 year. its a amazing software and free of cost. in the dashboard, I can see country, operating system, browser, keyword searched, etc.. of visitor of my website. and also trigger to all visitor as “Hello”, every time they visit to my website.
    Its interesting!!. From Zopim, I am able to convert most of the visitor to the sign up.
    I would like to give Max marks to this online Software.

    I’ve been using Zopim Live Chat for about 6 months. As a small business owner in a crowded industry it’s imperative that I be able to interact with potential customers as quickly and as easily as possible. The user friendly plug-in on my website has given me a much needed competitive advantage versus my larger competitors.
    The online dashboard is very user friendly and allows me to easily export transcripts, view history and add shortcuts to pages. The plug-in itself plays well with WordPress. I couldn’t be happier with Zopim and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality live chat app.
    Also, they recently released an IOS app which has been huge for me in being able to respond to visitors while on the go!

    I’ve been using Zopim Live Chat already for while for my own pages and integrated it in clients solutions. It works always out very well. Since Skype is integrated the usability is even better.

    Zopim Live Chat increases indeed the communication with the webpage visitors. Even if you are not online visitors are using the offline function of Zopim. Very well done!

    The usability of the dashboard is excellent. Furthermore, the style is easy to customize.

    I just can recommend this tool. It provides a great value for the webpage itself and for developers.

    I’ve been looking around at different Live Chat solutions and stumbled upon Zopim. I’ve been previously using Zendesk chat solution but found it lacking in customization and features. Some which I found out later I didn’t knew I really needed before using Zopim. Now we can’t live without them. Our customers loves the chat features, we increased conversation rates, sales and our overall customer satisfaction. Zopim also integrates great with Zendesk which we still use for our other areas. Even though Zopim’s pricing is affordable for startups that doesn’t mean they lack on features or support, they are still on par and even exceeds they competitors who charge more and have less options and features. Zopim understands customer support and they are really good at it. The only thing I’m looking foward to is the Social media integration with Facebook, which is not a big deal but would be a great bonus to the already great service.

    I got excited when I saw Zopim had an iOS app as well. It works seamless with everything else and most importantly it made our customers love us more. They have also introduced Skype support. Which I’ll be looking into very soon.

    I’ve been using zopim for the last year on my two websites and its absolutely amazing tool, Easy to use, Easy to navigate, Probably the best value for money i can think of !

    Now with the new integration with Zendesk it even more powerful and helps you to keep all organised and clean !

    Cant think of other product that can really match Zopim !

    I really recommend !

    For a startup team that’s still growing, it’s tough to manage questions coming from clients all of the world in real time. But Zopim makes startup life so much easier — plus it looks great, lets us customize our brand colors. It even gives us basic stats on users as they browse the site, which helps us understand which pages are most active and which pages seem to get people stuck and needing clarification. Our favorite part is the mobile app [thanks for including Android!] bc that way even I as the creative agency founder can respond to q’s on the go. It’s nice to have a direct connection with customers; no answering service here, just humans. The world needs more humans online!

    We have decided to remove ZOPIM from our website. The reason why is that it has to be opened manually in our browser, which we don’t always remember, hence we removed in order not to have an “unmanned” sign on our website. For companies with a dedicated service team it is probably an excellent idea, however from us working with so many things – we do not always have the time to monitor the software.

    But the software itself works perfectly.
